Outside the summer months, La Bastide Boonen makes an inspiring base for small-team offsites and workations — private, quiet and beautiful, about an hour from Nice airport.
The whole villa and grounds are yours: room for up to eight, a dedicated workspace, fast internet, a gym and cinema room for downtime, and flexible catering so your days stay focused. Ideal for leadership offsites, founder retreats and creative sprints of six to eight people.

The workspace
The gym and cinema wing doubles as a working space: a meeting table, electric sit-stand desks and a cinematic projector for presentations and video calls, with a Sonos sound system and quiet corners around the house for focused work or parallel calls.
Between sessions, the loggia, pool and terraces make natural breakout spaces — and the cinema room is ready for the evening film.
Catering
Mix and match through the week — a private chef for the dinners that matter, and the fully fitted kitchen (with Super U and the village bakery nearby) for the rest.
Use the open kitchen and shop locally at your own pace.
