Pool, loggia & terraced gardens
The private pool sits on its own terrace, sheltered by traditional dry-stone walls and looking out over the olive trees. Steps lead up to the shaded loggia, where three arches frame the village and the hills — the coolest place to be on a July afternoon.
Beyond, the grounds run to more than three hectares of Provençal terraces planted with mature olive and fruit trees, with a natural spring feeding a stone basin at the lower level.

Seillans at your feet
From the terrace, the loggia and the upper bedrooms, the perched village of Seillans rises across the valley — a cascade of ochre roofs, cypress and church tower that turns golden at sunset.
It is close enough to walk to for a coffee or the morning bread, yet the villa keeps its own quiet, private world among the trees.
